Cathie's Studio Recital

Violin instructor Cathie presents her students in a May recital. Join us in person at Flatts & Sharpe Norwood Park (6139 N. Northwest Highway) on Sunday, May 7 @ 6:30pm to celebrate her students’ progress!

ABOUT CATHIE: Cathie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Arizona State University and a Master of Music (performance major) from Northern Arizona University. Although she is classically trained, she loves all musical styles and genres. Cathie believes in giving young string players a strong technical foundation, while at the same time instilling understanding and enjoyment of music from the very beginning. Like her role model, Dorothy DeLay of the Julliard School, Cathie believes that young musicians learn best when they are having fun.
