Jimmy Farace

Currently working on his Master of Music degree at DePaul University, Jimmy Farace works as a freelance jazz musician in Chicago, Illinois and has established himself as one of the up and coming woodwind instrumentalists. During his high school career, Jimmy was recognized in the Illinois All-State Jazz and All-State Concert Bands. After graduation, Jimmy was awarded a full tuition scholarship to the prestigious Indiana University Jacobs School of Music to pursue a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Performance. In his final year of his undergraduate studies, Jimmy Farace earned a spot in the Disneyland All-American College Band. Jimmy currently works in a plethora of musical genres on many woodwind instruments including saxophone, flute and clarinet. Notable past performances include the Hugh Jackman World Tour Orchestra, the Drive By Big Band featuring Randy Brecker, the Indiana All-Star Big Band featuring Chris Potter, and the Dan Nix Big Band featuring Jeff Hamilton.
